2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 cups sugar

4 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

2 cups fresh peaches, diced

For the caramel glaze:


1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For decoration:


Fresh peach slices

Prepare the Cake Batter:
