Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

1 lb boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Shrimp:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Pasta:

1 lb pasta

Directions:

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the Steak and Shrimp: In two separate bowls, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Use one mixture to coat the steak slices and the other to season the shrimp.

Cook the Steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned steak slices until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, sauté the shrimp until they turn pink and are fully cooked, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk over medium heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Combine the Ingredients: Add the cooked steak and shrimp to the Alfredo sauce, stirring gently to coat everything evenly.

Toss with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and heated through.

Serve: Transfer to serving plates and enjoy warm. Pair with garlic bread or a crisp green salad for a complete meal.
