Perfectly Grilled Lobster Tails ๐ฆ๐ฅ
"Succulent lobster tails grilled to perfection, coated with a buttery garlic herb sauce for an indulgent seafood delight."
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
Pat the lobster meat dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
3️⃣ Preheat the Grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C). Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
4️⃣ Grill the Lobster Tails:
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter sauce.
Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill. Cook for 4–5 minutes, then flip and brush with more sauce. Grill for another 3–5 minutes, until the meat is opaque and lightly charred.
5️⃣ Serve:
Remove the lobster tails from the grill and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
